I will use this area of the website to write page updates and information that I think you need to know about. It will not be used an awful lot but I will make sure that it is detailed and updated enough that if someone was to stumble onto my page they would be able to come to this page and look at my progress with projects other information that might not be documented on the navagation pages.

Well over the past week or two I've been off of college so I've had a fair bit of spare time to work on projects. I spent this time working on my portfolio site and finally getting it all up and running. I've modified the layouts of all the pages, added a work page and included a swish new side bar for my pages that includes live twitter feeds. More importantly than that I've also bumped the new portfolio into the actual domain of the site so you don't have to navigate through all the folders to find it. My point in announcing this is that I think I'm finally ready to do some more websites other than my port. I've been spending a lot of time on CSS-Tricks and Encide learning new stuff and I think I'm going to start making a new template site for Theme Forest to see how well I can do on there. Obviously at the same time I will be touching up this site and adding new stuff but I feel there is only so much I can do to this site and it's about time I worked on something else so wish me good luck. Web wise that's all I really have to say but off of that I'd also like to mention that I've now finished college and as soon as I get my A-level certificates I'm off to Plymouth university. As you can imagine I cant wait. Just a heads up that is going to be a fair bit hectic for me over the next few months and work might be a tad slow until I get adjusted over there.

Tbf the only reason I'm writing this is because I want to get rid of the majority of the dummy text on the homepage so the information in here may not be very helpful or maybe even relevant depending on how much space I use up. Today was a pretty busy day, well I say that but it really wasn't busy at all but because of that I was able to be busy with my web design stuff. I did two major things one of which was the finishing off a web project for a client of mine and the other was get some more work done on CyanPort 3.0. I'd link you to the page so you could see what it looks like but this blog is only visible one 3.0 so your already there, clever aye. What did I do? Well first off I revamped the flash player...well it's not really a flash player now, its all done in JavaScript and css so that's pretty different. The other thing I did was get the blog working, now it's actually linked to a MySQL database and not just static dummy text. I was able to use the code I made on an old project for this so that was pretty useful and now I'm in the stages of creating the page that the blog archives will show up on, want to make it look nice for viewers and stuff. Now I've just got to make the other pages and possibly add a comment system for these blog posts. Well that's about it, if you got this far into this blog post then I have to say I'm impressed.
